If you are not pleased with our recommendations, we will continue to search our portfolio until we find an appropriate property.
Once we find a project that appeals to you, we will then send you all the technical and financial details.
When you think you have found a suitable property then we will arrange a trip for you to visit that particular property in Turkey.
After you decide to buy a certain property:
- You will need to sign a sales contract with the developer at the local notary in the presence of one other witness and a legal interpreter.
- You will also need to give a Power of Attorney from the notary to the developer so that they can prepare the registration formalities on your behalf.
Then we will authorize the developer to start the registration process as soon as you make a down payment to Tanko Real Estate in the Netherlands. Tanko Real Estate will provide 100% guarantee on your down payment in case the developer fails to comply with the outlined obligations.
When the legal formalities are complete (approximately 2 months) you will be invited to Turkey in order to sign the final registration at the Land Registry Office in the presence of a legal translator. Tapu, which is the Title Deeds for the property in Turkey, will be registered on your name. Tapu can also be registered in joint names at your request.
